This is, overall, something we love - and like Sweet Bonanza, it's a format that's clearly going down well with players too.

However, we think that Pragmatic Play did a slightly better job with Gates of Olympus than with Sweet Bonanza. While the max win remains the same (you can win up to 5,000x your stake while playing), we like that the symbol multipliers go up to 500x – as this makes hitting those big wins easier.

However, we would have liked to see the game's max win increased, perhaps to 10,000x - to be more in line with the fact that there are 500x multipliers on the reels. But of course you can't have everything.

We do like that the multipliers can appear in both the base game and the free spins bonus round. However, it does mean that apart from a greater number of free spins, the free spins don't make much sense.
